DESIGN AND TEST OF AUTOMATIC CONTROL SYSTEM FOR HEADER HEIGHT OF COMBINE HARVESTER

Aiming at the problems of poor applicability traditional header height detection mechanism, stability and large lag automatic control system combine harvesters, an harvester was designed, which mainly included profiling controller, proportional valve, manual operation handle display module. The mechanism composed angle sensor, plate, torsion spring other structures. key structural parameters were determined by using Adams simulation software its working performance verified. gray prediction PID algorithm used to reduce model. detected from ground through mechanism. After being processed changed adjusting expansion oil cylinder. field test results showed that stable. Under conditions preset 100mm 200mm, average deviation within 21 mm, met real-time demand during normal harvester. This research could provide intelligent design methods harvesters.
